Menu Disclaimer & Alcohol Policy

Pour Decisions RVA is committed to the responsible service of alcohol and compliance with all Virginia ABC laws and local regulations. Alcohol service will be conducted in a safe, professional, and lawful manner at all times.

Alcohol Provision

Pour Decisions RVA does not sell alcohol.
All alcohol must be purchased and supplied by the client or host, unless otherwise permitted by law.
Pour Decisions RVA provides bartending services, equipment, and non-alcoholic mixers only, unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

Age Verification

Alcohol will only be served to guests 21 years of age or older.
Valid government‑issued photo identification is required for service.
Pour Decisions RVA reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who cannot provide proper ID, appears intoxicated, or behaves inappropriately.

Right to Refuse Service

Our bartenders reserve the right to:

Refuse service to intoxicated or disorderly guests
Limit or discontinue alcohol service to ensure guest safety
Suspend service if conditions become unsafe or noncompliant

These decisions are final and are made in accordance with Virginia ABC responsible alcohol service standards.

Event Compliance

The client is responsible for:

Ensuring the event location allows alcohol service
Obtaining any required event permits, approvals, or permissions
Confirming the venue complies with all local, state, and private property rules
